I can't believe nobody else has made one of these before. I've never played the game before, but I have watched YouTube videos of others playing it.
If I had to choose my favorite slime, I probably wouldn't be able to because it's likely they added quite a few new updates between now and the last time I watched someone play it.

There's a free demo available if you want to give the game a try. I love the Slimes, they are so cute.

I was playing the game today and I had a bunch of Pink-Rock Largos and a Chicken Coop (I was getting ready to add Tabbies to my ranch). They kept saying jumping the fence and ate all my chickens. I decided to start fresh and threw all of my Pink-Rocks off of the island. I kept my regular Pinks and started looking for more chickens, particularly a Roostro. I also started a sidequest, got a Skime Key, and opened a new area. Then my PC's battery got low and I stopped playing to charge it.

I can't be the only one that plays this game…

You really can't be. Why else would there be so many Slime Rancher projects on Scratch?

I wish we could nickname our slimes in-game. I have nicknames for all of my largos, but I can't actually ever have them referred to as such in the actual game!

That would be nice. But it would be even more sad when one of them die to a Tarr.

The #1 Slime Stage seems like the closest you can get to naming your slimes.
Mild spoilers: You can get an achievement by putting a Tarr on a #1 Slime Stage.

Why does removing a building cost newbucks instead of giving some of them back?

Well it costs money for someone to spend their time on breaking down your corals or whatever

I think Slime Rancher would be great on the Nintendo Switch.

And the PC version already has options for lower-quality visuals, so if they have to downgrade the graphics some of the work has been done already.

Yeah, that too. But some visual downgrades would be worth it for a version you can take on the go.

I have to say Hunter Slimes, although there's probably a new one that I haven't seen yet.
