Thanks for visiting our store! Though we do help with scripts, we mostly deal with only bug-finding and repair issues.

Shops don't really belong in Help With Scripts, they should usually be kept in Requests or Collaboration. This whole forum is dedicated to helping fix bugs and other problems with scripts and things so it doesn't really make sense to make a topic here with the same purpose.

Ah, it seems you haven't read through our page entirely. Though yes, it is called a “shop”, we do not produce any artwork or code for selling. Please take another look and carefully inspect the details.

I know you're not actually selling stuff, I just mean it is unusual to post things like this on the Help With Scripts forum.

Greetings, I would like some help with my project.


The project is a top-down shooter.

The particle system is almost completely broken, I have no idea how to fix it.

Your topic still confuses those needing help though. Are they supposed to post a new topic and ask for help or post in topics which offer help? The former means they can potentially get help from a wide range of experienced coders monitoring the forum at any time of day which is not something you can offer.

If you want to help this is not a sensible way to use this forum. You're far from the first and if we didn't try to discourage it the first 5 pages of the forum would be people claiming they were the best place to go to for help and the poor person needing help would have to trust to luck and probably still have to post multiple times.

Let the forum work the way it does best.

Thanks for the input, though I believe that we still are allowed by the rules to keep up this stream. If the Scratch Team decides they would like to take it down, I have no problem with that.
