Hello! Welcome to Scratch! We're so glad that you decided to join us. I hadn't thought of that; nice job noticing that the blocks are still from 2.0! I'd say either the ST will be changing them soon in a smaller update, or they are keeping it as a memorabilia. Scratch on!
