Hello All Ninjago City Managers! Well, all three of you! Anyways, I think I need to add a few new things to the studio as a big update I’m hoping to have come by December. Anyways, here’s what we, as a group, need to address:


An Event of Some Sort?
Okay, So I think we need to make some sort of attention-drawer(?) to our studio. I was thinking something along the lines of a contest or challenge. We could also do some sort of other thing as well… I don’t really know. But, if we want to do a contest or challenge, we need to choose a concept and a line of judges. Our goal with this is to get people interested in this studio.


New Managers
If you read our rules and guidelines, (And remembered what they said :I Yeah I don’t really remember what I wrote) If you read them, our goal is to get at least five new curators per month and our rule is to get three new Managers ever couple of months. I’m pretty sure we met our goal of five curators, but we need three new managers. Do you guys have any suggestions of who would be eligible? Here’s an eligibility list:

• They must really like Ninjago. (And have a lot of knowledge regarding it)
  They must be really active on Scratch
  They must be involved. We need people who can bring good things to our studio.
  They must be legitimate. They really can’t be a manager if we feel they are being suspicious.
  

Ninjago’s Birthday
Okay, Ninjago’s birthday is coming up! Yeah, it’s kinda early, but I feel like we should do something to celebrate. Ninjago’s Birthday is on January 14th. I think we should do something special to celebrate it’s 8th birthday. Maybe we should do some sort of Binge-Watching challenge or something like that?? I don’t know, that’s just an example of an idea. Anybody got a better ones??


A New Section in the Description
Today, I got permission from @Ninjago_News to advertise their art contest in Ninjago City. I added their project, advertised it in the comments, and put it in the description. But it got me thinking. What if we had a section in the description where we could advertise People’s Ninjago-Themed contests and other Ninjago Studios? What do you guys think??




So yeah, a lot of things we should go over. I know this is probably going to take up some of your time, and I thank you if your able to spare it. I know I probably won’t get an answer from all of you guys, but I’m going to send it to you anyways. I really want to hear your guys’ ideas to keep this studio going. Also, please give me any suggestions you have! Thank you guys so much

It's like blind promoting. I might choose the wrong people. Although, probably not. Either way, I want to know if you feel like there's someone who would be good in the position.

Hmm…. that's true. We should either shut the studio down, or find away to invite people without being rude or obnoxious. Maybe launching this wasn't such a good idea… hmm what else could we do to celebrate?
