My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 71.0.3578.98, No Flash version detected

Whenever I am on a sprite's sound tab, and I switch to a different sprite that does not have any sounds, Scratch gets confused and displays this:

This does not happen when I switch from Code or Costumes to Sounds without switching sprites, and in fact displays as normal when I do that:
