So, suspenseful? Can you please tell me if there is a certain part it will be playing in, or is it just soundtrack the whole way around?

Just a sort of background music that will give the comic an auditory component without distracting the reader, it won't have a particular part. It isn't all that suspenseful. It's set in a courtroom. Oh, and all the characters are aliens if that makes a difference
