My browser / operating system: Ubuntu Linux, Firefox 51.0, No Flash version detected
pour quoi je ne trouve pas scratch pour la version linux???

Unfortunately the Scratch Team removed the download for the offline Scratch 2.0 editor for Linux. They said they “no longer support the offline editor on Linux and the download can not be installed on supported versions of Ubuntu.” https://github.com/LLK/scratch-www/issues/1880
You will have to use Scratch 1.4: https://scratch.mit.edu/scratch_1.4/
Or you can wait for Scratch 3.0 to be released in January of next year. Scratch 3.0 does not need Flash, so it can run in a web browser on pretty much any system (including Linux). If you want, you can use the beta (in-development) version of 3.0 now. You have to use the “File” menu to save your project, just like in the Scratch 2.0 offline editor. https://beta.scratch.mit.edu/

I've installed 3 days ago Scratch 2.0 Offline Editor on Ubuntu and it works fine for me. I don't recommend 3.0 version because it's new, not tested properly and could make your system unstable.

It was easy for me to install scratch 2.0 offline editor in linux but after installing it, it had a ton of glitches.
