How do we run code in Scratch 2.0 rather than 3.0?
Before the holiday break, my students made Scratch games on the website (using Scratch 2.0). Now that the website has changed to Scratch 3.0, some of their games are no longer working. Is there any way to run them in the older version (2.0)?

If you are using chromebooks or are unable to download the offline editor you can use this website: scratch 2

How do we run code in Scratch 2.0 rather than 3.0?
Thank you for the responses. We are using Chromebooks so downloading the 2.0 editor isn't feasible, but the git hub link might work. But any suggestions on the following:
- students made programs in Scratch 2.0
- site upgraded to 3.0
- now if they download the file it will be an .sb3 but we need the .sb2 to run on the git hub site
- I can't see a way to save file in a different version
Is there a way to get around this?

Something important I forgot to mention is you can't save your work or share anything from that site, its just for running scratch 3.0 projects as scratch 2 projects quickly.
If not being able to save your work or sharing isn't an issue, then you don't need to download any files for the git hub site, simply paste the url of the scratch 3 project and it will convert to scratch 2.
If you need to be able to save your work and work on it as a scratch 2 project, you save a project as a sb2 file here to run on the offline editor, but once again, this won't work for chromebooks.
