PREVIOUS HISTORY:This shop was founded on the 20th of May 2016 by @JakeCarroll. We joined the shop federation, which later closed. We soon grew to 19 members. We remained active until April 2017 and then became very inactive. However, in February 2018 we became active again. 13 of our members became inactive and we dwindled to 6 members. We joined the USS. We started getting a good few orders most of which we completed. Within a few months we grew to 12 members. We have 3 reps in the USS. @JakeCarroll's new account @FloatingMuffins took over the shop. In June 2018, we introduced elections for our USS reps. We simplified our shop structure. We soon joined the SPA and entered a partnership with Toadcodes Music Shop and TIPS. We now have 49 members.

Requirements for being a member of staff:

• You need to have 4 shared projects.
  

• You need to have 40+ forum posts
  

• You must be following this thread.
  

• You must be a Scratcher.
  

• You must be have been on Scratch for 3 weeks.
  

If you don’t fulfil these conditions you may be accepted as a trainee.
All workers immediately agree to the Terms.

Activity Checks

There shall be activity checks roughly every month or two. You will have one week to respond to these activity checks. You will NOT be notified on your profile. If you do not respond you get one strike. If you get three strikes you are fired from the shop, and one strike for demotion if manager. If you are on the Board of Directors, you need four strikes to get fired, and two strikes for demotions. Every 8 months your number of strikes resets.

Proposing a Suggestion / Voting System

If you are a worker:
1. The proposal must have the support of six other members
2. It is debated by the board of directors.
3. It is voted on by the board of directors (it needs at least 50% support in order to pass to the next stage)
4. It is debated by the shop.
5. It is voted on by the shop. (it needs at least 50% support in order to become law)
NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT VOTE, YOU WILL RECIEVE A STRIKE.

If you are on the board of directors:
1. It must have the support of two or three other person on the board of directors, depending how much it will affect the shop.
2. It is debated on by the entire shop.
3. It is voted on by the entire shop. (it needs at least 50% support in order to become law)

Subscription System

This shop is introducing a system where you will be notified on your profile occasionally.

If you are a staff member you will be notified when:
- you have been promoted/demoted
- you have been fired
- there is an activity check
- you are employee of the week
- you have not completed an order
- you have been selected as Employee of the Week
- other important news

If you are a customer you will be notified when:
- your order has been taken
- your order is nearly done
- if the staff member doing your order has any questions/problems
- if your order may be late
- when your order is done
- there is a request to complete the customer service survey

The Terms

The Terms are:

• If you are a worker, you must agree to the Subscription System (See above).

• You must be active. Activity checks are held periodically, so you must reply to them (quoting not necessary)
  

To become a worker you MUST put your name in the area of the application where you agree to all of these terms.
