I would really like a feature in Scratch 3.0 that would allow you to pin your own comments on either your profile or your projects. By ‘pinned’ comments, I mean the comment would always stay at the top of the comment page so every scratcher who looks through your profile/project would see it first. For example, you could pin: ‘Please don’t spam your codes, put them in the following discussion page' or maybe pin your opinions about something. I think this would be useful to give information to scratchers easily without having to turn comments off or anything or changing your What I'm Working On status. I would not mind if you were able to pin other scratcher's comments on your own page, however this would probably create spam with people asking ‘can I be pinned comment’.
