How Can I Create My own extensions For Scratch 3?

I Was wondering what language do i need to learn to make a scratch 3.0 extension for the raspberry pi gpio e.g.

<gpio [ v] input?>

Set Gpio [ v] to [ High]

I'm just a forum helper looking to code, write, produce, record, rap, and design. I'm also Christian and conservative.
