make my project to .exe
Yes in fact you can! What you have to do is download the Scratch project you want to convert into a exe, then go to this website:
https://junebeetle.github.io/converter/
Once you get there, you should see a button that says online converter, click on that button, then allow flash player. Once you allow flash player, press the button that says automatically start, then press the button that says Open Scratch File. Then click on the button that says Convert to SWF then save it as a SWF file, the name doesn't matter. After you do that download flash player this:

Then open the flash player you just opened and open the SWF file. Once you do that, click on file on the top left corner then click on Create Projector, then save it as a exe file and make sure that the Save As Type is set to exe. Then the exe is ready to play.
