Scratch game jittering

when ever I play my project the audio starts to jitter. for example

Audio: “What is yyyyyyyyyyyyour name?”

anyway I can fix this?

Your project is probably very laggy.
Try reducing lag.

Do you have any change color effect blocks in your project? I have several projects that recently started jittering sound at the start of the project and it was due to that change color effect block. Even if they are in your project and not attached to any script it can cause an issue. Share the project so we can see.
