I think this is on topic, but whenever I click the little globe icon:
My browser / operating system: Linux, Chrome 114.0.0.0, No Flash version detected
It says that my operating system is Linux. Now, I use a Samsung phone so I'm a little confused.
Samsung phones aren't Linux, right?

Technically, but only the linux kernel, which isn't that much of the linux ecosystem. Core android is open source, but most of what you see on an android phone is actually closed source (I think)

due to phone limitations, you can't play 4k games on it, but some games work, and for some reason, gaming phones exist (i don't own one tho ).

But i also had lags on Android itself, no repairs.
