Could you give some ways on how this could be used?

That's not really a way of using it though. It's just a side-feature of your suggestion.Could you give some ways on how this could be used?there could be a banner on your profile saying “forums i've favourited”

I can see this going the same way as liking comments. It could happen where users create posts that are made in a certain way to deliberately gain a large number of favorites, which shouldn't be the incentive to make posts.
I'm just a forum helper looking to code, write, produce, record, rap, and design. I'm also Christian and conservative.
Looking forward to using 3.0 on mobile

No support, as this would be useless. The amount of likes a forum would have would be completely arbitrary and would show mostly how popular the poster is, not how good the post is.
Axolotls are very cute, but they are critically endangered by invasive species and humans. Help spread Axolotl Awareness!
