Weird domains
So, i was looking at some thing on VirusTotal, and found these domains (some of them scratch 3.0 related, and some are already known):
workshops.scratch.mit.edu (2016,hmm)
device-manager.scratch.mit.edu (scratch 3.0?)
cloud.scratch.mit.edu (cloud data!)
download.scratch.mit.edu (old icon, says “Scratch on!”)
assets.scratch.mit.edu (empty page)
projects.scratch.mit.edu (projects, browser error page (on internet explorer 11 on windows 10))
cdn.scratch.mit.edu (the same website user images are on?)
archive.scratch.mit.edu (some forum archive, don't works)
cdn.projects.scratch.mit.edu (EMPTY)
telemetry.scratch.mit.edu (what is this, windows 10?)
events.scratch.mit.edu (keynotes were there, but not now)
and more…

yes, you may be surprised to know just how many websites on the internet collect telemetry about their users. Install uBlock Origin and see for yourself (and protect your privacy)

I know that download.scratch.mit.edu is for https://download.scratch.mit.edu/scratch2download/ , which is the alternate Scratch 2 download.
It's used for when there is maintenance and https://scratch.mit.edu/download can't be accessed.

Betcha it's because the wedo extensions and stuff use websockets to communicate with the Scratch Link native app device-manager.scratch.mit.edu

If I were to guess it so that the scratch client can connect to the Scratch Link native app over SSL/TLS that way people wouldnt get the insecure warning when using itBetcha it's because the wedo extensions and stuff use websockets to communicate with the Scratch Link native app device-manager.scratch.mit.edu
