You would have to save the images individually then use a gif maker such as http://gifmaker.me/ to compile them into a gif. You can then save that and apply it as your profile pic.

Yes. But there is a procedure to do this.
First you need to download all the frames to your computer. I suggest putting it in a folder or some sort so they won't get lost.
Then, you need to find a good, virus free gif making site. gifcreator.me is a good site to try as it doesn't cost money or require registering. You can make it go as slow or as fast as you wish. When you're finished, download the gif. Then upload it as your profile picture. Be sure its under 1 MB or it won't work. In this case, I suggest reducing the file size of the gif.
