Beginning logo designers get assigned to logos by me, advanced logo designers can take on tany logos that are needed to be made, without permisssion from me. Also, I will ask them for help with things related to the studio as well. Overall, they are just logo designers that are active, and consistently make great logos and I can rely on them!

That's a good idea, I'll add that! To advertise you can comment on profiles (especially ones with no profile pic), comment on studios, find advertizing studios, etc
