Hello people!

Well, it's a little late, but hello people. I am Cesar, (or known as CesarEngineer, CesarCreator or Artifaqt,depending of which social media), and I create simple scratch projects.

I try to be as friendly as possible with anyone, even if the person is breaking the rules, so I can help and, just, be a nice Scratcher to the community. That's my intro, cya.

BTW, this are the “instructions” I use to talk with someone

when I receive [something to talk about]
if <(user) = [friendly]> then
say [anything random]
end
if <(user) = [breakRules]> then
say [something they are breaking that they need to fix]
end

Hey, welcome to my signature.
Not so much stuff to say here, but I make scratch projects since I was 6 years old.
I'm a brazillian person, that dreams in making games, but right now, the only thing I can do is think about the games, as I don't know how to code so much. Feel free to see my projects. They are simple, but I focus on making it as original as possible (I don't want to watch tutorials for stuff, I want to make it by myself).

My name is Cesar. Engineer is because I used to play minecraft, and some technology modpacks, so I added this to my name because I loved the mechanical stuff in the modpacks, but thanks!
