Scratch 2.0 plug-in for Leap Motion
I'm wondering if this plugin is still current? I just did everything as instructed. It shows that Scratch 2 is connected and that the Leap Motion is connected, but the sample games do not react to any hand movements. I tried a number of the sample games too (that I downloaded from the Leap Motion Scratch studio and opened with offline Scratch 2). (I also installed the .json file and I can see the extra Leap Motion blocks under “more blocks”.) If this plugin has not been updated to be current and working, please let us know so we don't expend any more time trying to make it work. Thanks.

Wow great!
The scratch x one has rotation though. Do you think you could add rotation for each hand? Thx,

That looks really cool! You could make a Fruit Ninja Kinect with that.

Hmm… might use for my Blue series of games. I thought of some sort of a character that uses telekinesis, at first I thought of using video, but this would probably work better… much better. I don't have Leap Motion, though… Hmm…

Scratch 2.0 plug-in for Leap Motion
Thanks for the plugin. I am currently using it to control mbot movement with the leap motion controller.
Just a question. I am trying to get the handz coordinates, however it is not refreshing unless I wiggle my fingers to trigger the refresh. The handx and handy seem to work fine with the normal movement of the hand. I am guessing that there might be an issue with how the handz is refreshed in the plugin.
At the moment the result is that handx and y are instantly refreshed and z lags a lot.
Can you kindly point me in the right direction for a solution or possible workaround ?
Thanks,
Kevin
