My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 69.0.3497.100, Flash 31.0 (release 0)

Is this a bug??
in the scratch editor,
set the sprite <can drag it player> and set block like this.

when green flag clicked
say [whatever you want] for (2) secs
say [whatever you want] for (2) secs

and set full screen.
and start that project.

sprite saying what you set,
drag sprite out the backdrop.

then the speech bubble turn into a very small.

Is this a bug?
please answer!
