Scratch 2.0 offline editor for the Windows Surface RT

Hello. I honestly think that scratch is awesome. I use it almost daily. Since our relatives live about 3 to 5 hours away from us, I go on a lot of car rides. Often, I bring my Surface so I can type, play games, etc. However, I thought about how all of the free time I could be finishing my game I'm making. Since the 2.0 and 1.4 editor won't download and work on my surface, I and wondering if you can make a Scratch 2.0 offline editor for the Surface RT. Thanks

You and me both dude. It's the app we deserve, just not the one that exists right now.
If anything, you have better luck then me; I only have a Surface RT to work on, so I barely have any access to it at all.

If Surface RT can't install Adblock for IE (and lags on Scratch really badly in IE), why would you expect it to run the Scratch Offline Editor?

Support (if it doesn't take forever).

In order to get Scratch on the Windows RT, the Scratch Team would have to make a Windows Store app. What if it went against their ToS (like how the ST couldn't get Scratch on to the iTunes/App store)?

Looks like we can can't send Scratch apps in to the Windows Store because it doesn't accept Actionscript. (but once the HTML5 player's finished, I assume we can send the app to the Windows store because of HTML and Javascript)
Anyways, I don't support because the Windows Store has a very small community and it won't make sense if we put Scratch on the Windows store just for 2 people.

Windows RT had been discontinued by Microsoft. Why should Scratch be made to run on an obsolete operating system?

^ That's why I don't support. I have an original Surface from 2012 and that uses WinRT. It was quite annoying, but I filled the HDD with random games because I was bored xD . Now, it's useless and we spent $1200 on it.
