Seems OK to me - what problem do you see? Perhaps a browser issue?
My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Firefox 62.0, Flash 31.0 (release 0)

Always better to say how it glitches than just say it ‘like glitches’. Is it jerky, does it stop moving, does it do something else?
Can you try another system/browser?

google is my browser

it is not supposed to look like this.
Edit:
I fixed that, now it has these weird lines
if you look closely at the character, it's the beak, feet, and tail

Doesn't happen in my set up so it's a browser/system difference. No time to check further at the moment.

Hit the globe button in the toolbar:
My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 69.0.3497.100, Flash 31.0 (release 0)
I can see the weird flickering. I think it is partially a timing issue. If you set the wait to 0 seconds(don't delete it), it helps a bunch. Also instead of looping a variable to infinity, you could use change direction by 5. Advanced Topics might help you more with rendering and differences between 2.0 and 3.0.
It looks really good in phosphorus!.
