My friend made me a gif to put in my project, and it's intended to fill the whole screen, but I can't get it to fit. And even when I used an image resizer, after measuring the sides it still wouldn't fit. All I think I need is the resolution of the screen when it's not in fullscreen, I believe the screen changes sizes depending on whether you're in the editor, the project page or in fullscreen. I think all I really need is the size of the screen when it's in the editor.

I've also come up with another theory, which I have still yet to test.
Since the drawing canvas in the costume tab takes up the whole screen if filled in completely, I could probably measure the sides of the canvas. I will update once I fix this.

Scratch stage size is 480x360. Resize your .gif to 480x360 and it will fill the stage

Ah (removed by moderator - please keep it polite) I wanted atleast 800x600 size (that's small but atleast bigger than 480x360) or 1280x720 would be better!
1920x1080 would be best but won't run on 1/2 of the PCs!

Actually there is but you need to use a “Scratch Clone” called E羊icques here is the link of it. And to change the screen ratio in the url there will be width=640 and height=360 and then you can modify such as width=1280 height=720 etc…

Actually, the window is sized as 503 x 377. Maybe try sizing it to that?

480x360 pixels and 503 x 377 are both fine as they have the same dimensions. You just need to resize it..

if you use turbowarp you can resize stage

Or you can use TurboWarp and resize the stage
