[OLD THREAD] - Ordercentral | We forward your orders to the most suitable shop. Post your order here!
Could my shop Scratch Review Network join?Yes, you can.
Shop Description: We do any and all Reviews!
How long can you finish shop orders? 1-16 Hours(School gets in the way)
Agree to the Ordercentral Shop Agreement? Yes
To be honest, that Nevermind message that I put is the Ordercentral form, but I decided it didn't qualify so I took it back. Now, finally, you noticed that one order that hasn't been completed and completed it and you now qualify.

The time deadline, your first orders were completed within an hour, so I'll give you a 24 hour deadline. Tell me if you wanna change the deadline.
Also, I've created a Tech Help form. Different than what you proposed, but will still give you the information you need.

Please get rid of the “operating system” part of the form though, it is possible that someone may have hardware issues instead and don't even have a OS installed yet. If they have software issues then they can say what operating system they use in “what you need help with”.
Also, keep in mind that we'll have to actually be able to talk to the person, we can't just give one answer, that's not how tech support works. Everyone has a different computer setup and we can't just have one universal answer which will solve the problem for everyone. Sometimes, we can give an answer that will just work and we'll not need to have a long conversation with them, or sometimes, it can be a very complicated problem and we and the person having the issue with their computer will have to talk so we can get more info, then we give some answers that might work, and they might not even work so we'll have to talk more until we finally find an answer that will work for them. I see the current way Ordercentral works may make this hard to do, perhaps change it a bit for my shop?
Finally, I think you should add the shop names next to the shop IDs so people know where the order is actually going to on the order forms.
Anyway, again, thank you for adding me!
EDIT:Also, please change the 24 hours to 48 hours or at least 32 or 35 hours, this will give me enough time for time zone differences.

I'll think about a way to fix the lack of a method of constant communication. And by the way, you can see in “shops” what shop has what shop ID.

So, the idea I have is either a) You can answer them here on this topic right away and discuss the tech stuff in this topic or b) When the topic gets cluttered with the customers' orders, we can just redirect them to your shop. Which one would you choose?

I have another (possibly) better solution.
Okay, so I'm gonna implement this right after I post this post. So, when somebody orders from the order form and posts it, I will take it. And when I take it, I put a message in your shop thread saying that we need a representative to leave a comment, saying:
“Hello, I am your Scratch Computer Support Group 2.0 representative, and based on the problem you are experiencing, <give an answer>. If this happens to not work, please reply to this comment.”
so they can have constant communication in the customer's profile comments. (I will tell the customer to have profile comments on in the order forms.)
And by the way, you can only respond to customers with their orders already taken by me and reposted on your shop topic for the purposes of data collection.

The data collection will be used to appropriately customize things in the Ordercentral original posts to make them more suitable. And also to help decide next time which shop to transfer the orders to if the customer wants this, and which shop to transfer to if the customer wants that. That's how I choose the most suitable shops.
