Hogwarts Rules

Hogwarts Rules
All students must be out of bed by 8:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Students must be out of bed by 9:00 on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 8:30 on Monday-Friday.
Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 9:30 on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
Students are not allowed out of the common room until 6:30 A.M., unless they have verbal or written permission from their House Head, Head Boy, Head Girl, or the Headmaster/Headmistress.
Unless for a reason reported to the Head of their House, students should not skip meals.
Students must stay in their common rooms after curfew, unless for the purpose of attending their Astronomy class. For first through fourth years, curfew is at 9:00. It is at 10:00 for fifth years and above. 11:00 curfew for prefects not on patrol. Midnight curfew for Head Boy and Head Girl.
With a signed permission slip from their parent or guardian, a student who is in the third year or above may visit Hogsmeade on weekends, in the following time frames: 6:30 AM-12:00 PM; 3:00 PM-5:00 PM; 7:00 PM-8:45 PM.
Students must attend both the Start-of-Term feast and the End-of-Term feast, unless they headmaster or headmistress gives both written and verbal consent for the student to miss the feast.
Uniform is mandatory for all classes and exams. It must also be worn in the common room, Hogsmeade, the Great Hall, the Quidditch field, and any other main place on the Hogwarts grounds.
Magic is not to be used outside of the common room, Room of Requirement, classes, or the Great Hall without supervision from a prefect, teacher, or the Head Boy or Girl.
Magic is always allowed to be used for self-defense or in an emergency.
Students are usually not allowed in faculty areas.
Prefects may be out of bed after hours if they are scheduled for patrol duty, but they must still remain within the castle during patrols.
The Forbidden Forest and Black Lake are forbidden without a teacher or adult escort.
The Restricted Section in the library is forbidden unless a signed note from a teacher is given to the librarian.
If you skip classes, you will lose house points.

House Points
House points is a (sometimes) friendly competition between the four houses: Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin. Before Mr. Potter came to Hogwarts, Slytherin had a winning streak for seven straight years. The year Harry came to our school, and the next five years, Gryffindor won the House Cup. Afterwards, Gryffindor and Slytherin occasionally won, but most years Ravenclaw took the trophy. Sometimes Hufflepuff wins, but barely. In fact, other than twice, their most recent win was 30 years ago.

Also, could you limit the “other powers” to Animagus, Metamorphagus, or Parseltongue? I think he'd be ok with or without, just not too overpowered. Additionally, Quidditch tryouts will be held October 1.

@paintpony1024-
Polly looks a little overpowered right now, would you mind adding a few more worst classes? About 2-4 total would be ideal. It also looks like you missed a word under Personality, could you drop me a comment and finish that up? Then I'll give her a house. Please do let me know which you'd like her to be in.
