No support.
There's a good chance that, if Kaj was unbanned, he would not do anything malicious.
However, he still might.
Plus, he might not even have interest in Scratch anymore. Although he's amazed at the fame, that doesn't mean he wants to come back to Scratch, or that he is 100% harm-free.
Please keep in mind that Scratchers are banned for a reason. Kaj's ban was so long ago that he probably could have contacted the Scratch Team if he really wanted to make a new account and start fresh.

This is my forum signature! On a forum post, it is okay for Scratchers to advertise in their forum signature. The signature is the stuff that shows up below the horizontal line on the post. It will show up on every post I make.

According to the Scratch Team's project about kaj, kaj was actually offered a chance for his account to be unbanned, if they agreed to follow the Community Guidelines, but kaj never followed through to try to get unbanned. As we are now several years removed from the situation, I really doubt they're still interested in using Scratch, but if they are, contacting the Scratch Team would be the best way for them to regain access to try to go about the situation.

Don't you just hate when people advertise in their signatures (and raisin cookies that look like chocolate chip ones. That's just not okay).

Just because someone is well-known doesn't mean they should be unbanned - would you do that to a normal person? No, and so we shouldn't unban kaj either.

I had 1000+ posts on my old account, and had that account for two years, so even though I don't have that many posts, I have tons of experience on the forums and on the website. :)
I rarely post that much anymore, you may see me posting here and there but otherwise I'm usually not on the forums that much anymore. :P
Please don't take offence from any of my posts, the way I talk IRL is really sarcastically and I tend to transfer that to the way I talk on Scratch. So if I ever say, “Dude, you had to quote all that?” or “Say why you support next time, please”, I do not have any intention of being rude, I'm just trying to help.

The same logic applies to anyone who's been blocked. Unban projects/studios/threads won't help in getting someone unblocked - the user has to send in an appeal message.
