Can you please share and link to the project so we can check it out? In the meantime, do you have any custom blocks in the project and if so do they run without screen refresh? If a custom block which runs without screen refresh has a forever block in it it'll crash

This almost certainly relates to a non-refresh custom block or a forever loop that isn't updating any screen elements (due to the not-so-recent update that followed on from the Flash bug fix). You need to share your project if you want a definitive answer.
