That's because it's a private forum.

I doubt it's even supposed to be accessible still, and even if so the ST certainly would have implemented a feature to keep random Scratchers away from getting to it through an ID
However from the screenshots the project appears to be dead with the most recent post one asking if it was dead with 2 views - it seems like an interesting thing that I would click on, not just pass up
