Best @SuperscratvhKID80, all projects being regenerated in Scratch 3.0.
Will you have to create all new projects???????
Note: If you want to watch your project in 3.0, upload it to your device and download it on 3.0
'Note:' on the Note: 3.0 isn't ready, so not all functions are now normal or better. But better have an look on your projects when 3.0 is official, I say all ways: You never know (An note on it; So have an look; on it! )

We strongly suggested that you should add these sprites to the Music Notes in the sprites library, for the users to create the music notes.
Also add the “Music Score” ( of five parallel lines ) to the backdrop library.
- The treble clef
The bass clef
The # and b mark - The musical notes :
Full note - half note
- 1/4 note
- 1/8 note
- 1/16 note
- 1/32 note
- 1/64 note
Connected 1/8 or 1/16 notes
The “rest” marks
Also add the “Music Score” ( of five parallel lines ) to the backdrop library.

it would be nice if there was the option to make 3.0 look a lot like 2.0 (but not exactly because updates)
and I don't mean put the project screen on where ever.

I actually like skme of these updates, but stuff like music notes and glide to sprite, as cool as they'd appear to be, you're further degrading scratch.
