Glitch with vector.

Earlier last month I asked for help on a glitch with vector becoming bitmap (sorry if I spelled it wrong) in full screen
.
Mr_PenguinAlex replied with a solution to click Ctrl + M before a game but it has only worked for me on chrome.
This is a game for a competition and its in 3 days (when the winners will be announced) how do I fix this glitch on internet explorer?

(try going to full screen then out of full screen on most menus.)

sometimes reloading helps but if that doesnt work remake the sprites that are glitching

The glitching sprites are any one that covers the screen. Including the backdrop
(which I don't know how the backdrop glitches)
