uploads.scratch.mit.edu glitch

My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 68.0.3440.106, Flash 30.0 (release 0)
so i found this weird site uploads.scratch.mit.edu and it takes you to a server error but if you go to a profile or project it shows it and it appears to work but
lots of links are broken and accounts are somewhat broken as cloud data doesnt work and editor just is logged out and logging in does nothing. there is no homepage for uploads weirdly. thanks!

This looks like what it says it is - an uploaded version of the Scratch website, frozen in the state of whenever the upload was made

My alt account, where I upload nothing (much like my main account)
I play video games and sometimes do other things. I don't really make anything on Scratch anymore, but I'm relatively active on the Undertale and Deltarune forums.

Well yeah, but only because it's connected and it can access the current version

They all seem to be the ones that only the Scratch Team can influence, right? That might be something to do with it
