Support if the follow limit isn't THAT EXTREMELY LOW.
What I mean is, the limit for a featured project is 100 loves. It's MUCH easier to reach 50 followers than 100 loves. The limit should be 250 followers or something, and should only be for people with the “Scratcher” rank because featuring someone with no projects/low activity is pretty much pointless.

Support if the follow limit isn't THAT EXTREMELY LOW.What if a New Scratcher was featured once a week, just to give an active new user with a possible future an early headstart they deserve?

Eh, there isn't too much of a point. You can still have a headstart at 2 days into your Scratch life. your account must be 2 weeks old in order to achieve scratcher status.

Whoops, lack of research. Still, featuring isn't the only way to get a headstart and you can still have a headstart once you're 2 weeks old. Still, being featured is probably going to be a result of constant good action/good projects which cannot be achieved in a little bit of time.You can still have a headstart at 2 days into your Scratch life.…What?

How are the users chosen?It would be mostly by how much active they are, if their profiles and projects/studios get lots of comments and follows and likes and favorites.
Not the amount of followers they have. That's just going to make others jealous because they will be in the section for months.

i would support but I think the maximum shouldn't be there like if you get followed alot but follower accounts

Mostly Support, It would be nice, but it might be challenging to choose them, and also I would like the follower limit higher (75 for NS, and 100 for Scratchers)

EVERYONE! THIS IS NOT ABOUT FAME, BUT ABOUT HOW NICE/RESPECTFUL/HELPFUL THE USER IS.I also made a topic about that
I think we should have a featured users section. I see a lot of really good users that don't get noticed. (And no I'm NOT trying to get noticed with this.)
There would be a featured Scratcher AND a featured NEW scratcher.
