Is it possible to have a script that makes an essential "not equal to" block?

For a project I am working on, I need a way to script an “unequal to” block. I know that there is an “equal to” block

[Example] = [Example]

But Is there a way to make an unequal block type of script. If anyone knows, reply with the script, and I'll test it.
