First off, you need to be a teacher. Like, an actual teacher who works at a school and teaches kids.

Then you need to make a teacher account, make accounts for all of your students, add them to your class, and boom. You can now teach through Scratch!

Class Accounts are for registered teachers. If you are a real teacher (you can't fake it. The ST can tell) then clicky on this linky. Fill out the form and the ST will soon give you your very own Teacher account. Then, you can create a class.

You have to be a teacher. Even if you somehow managed to trick the ST into thinking you are, you probably shouldn't still because most student/teacher accounts are often ignored by other Scratchers.
