Quoting Notification

You should get a notification when you are quoted in a topic that you didn't necessarily want to follow but now you know if someone replied to you. It would only send a notification when it quotes directly you, not if you are deep in the quote chain.
Look at the top notification:

I would like to be notified when someone quotes you`re forum post. After all, we do receive notifications when someone replies to our comments, and quoting forum posts are often used to reply. It would make it easier to continue the discussion so you don`t have to follow every topic you post something on or frequently check your posts.

I can't believe no one has thought of this yet.
Maybe a [no-message-quote] to not send a message if it's irrelevant to do so.
Quotes with no person and quotes with a name that isn't a username will not send a message also.
