Support for both ideas, I like the second one best, though.
Also, I think this would be really useful for asking too, so an ask effect block would be great!

yes many rpg things or some normal projects use it but it is never used in professional things.
(I only use say block to debug vars of clones

no support.Okay, you won't use it, but other people will! This isn't about 1 person, it's about EVERYONE. A lot of projects use the say blocks!

This is the best idea, IMO. Perhaps “enable” or “disable” , though, rather than “add” or “remove”?Your blocks only allow one effect at a time. Would “clear speech effects” have the character still say what they are saying, but with no effects?

To be honest, I like the blocks I came up with better.add [bold v] effect to [speech v] :: looks // second dropdown is speech or thought, first is all of what wou suggested + allNot sure if there should be a way to differentiate between speech and thought effects or if the effects should be applied to both and treated as one.
remove [bold v] effect from [speech v] :: looks // same dropdown was above
(effect [bold v] enabled for [speech v] :: looks // still same dropdowns

hmm- you could make that with a custom block if you had lots of time lol. i think the other suggestions such as bubble shape are good ideas though.

Support, although more advanced Scratchers just create their own text engines, this would be extremely useful to newer Scratchers (and coding classes lol)
