How long order took: Less than 24 hours! (This is quite impressive, considering the quality of the banner.)
Good Things: The banner is very nice, with a nice and precise selection of the rough colors that I ordered (“light blue” and “dark blue”). Furthermore, I never got the sense that RPP was slacking, and by the time I received the banner, I was impressed with how professional and non-pixelated that it looked.
Things to Improve: I would diversify in the font section if possible. The font that I asked for was unavailable, but it was hardly the fault of RPP, and more on the side of the image creation software of which (s)he was using (Canva).

Thank you for this kind review! In future, I will try to find a font website where I can make pictures of fonts that I can use.
