I'm not an *active* member of the forums, really, but I have a suggestion:

Customisable profiles.

By that I mean, changing the background colour of your profile, adding skins, maybe a few widgets or design choices?

Just a suggestion.

Edit: Please stop telling about how you could upload inappropriate designs and stuff, even if there were pre-set ones it would be awesome. Any form of customization is what I want. Thanks.

Another edit: Again, you don't seem to understand. I just want anything you can customize, like color or something. I am aware that we have About Me, a featured project section and stuff like that, but I'd like to see more, I think it would help Scratchers become unique in certain ways. Thank you.

Well, the widgets could be used for popularity instead of learning how to program. But I do support changing the background color, and then Scratch would have pre-installed skins for you to use.
