The Mega Man "Official" Topic

Talk about a blue robot that shoots lemons at other robots I guess.

Ok, on to the house rules:

1. This is a Mega Man discussion topic, and only that. The various sagas (Classic, X, Zero, ZX, Legends, Battle Network, and Star Force), cartoons, comic books, et cetera, are allowed to be discussed. If you want to talk about something that concerns a different franchise as well as Mega Man (i.e. the Sonic/Mega Man Archie Comics crossovers), that's fine as well. But make sure to REMAIN ON TOPIC. Off-topic posts will be deleted.

2. Don't spam. Stuff like “ranking” or “^” is a big no-no. Remember, it got these two topics closed for a bit, and the former was even moved.

3. Respect other people's opinions, as always.

4. You are allowed to discuss things you are working on related to Mega Man.

(tl;dr version) Just talk about Mega Man, don't spam, and respect other's opinions.

I've played a little bit of Mega Man X and the first two classic games. They were the mobile ports, though, and I might consider getting Legacy Collection 1 & 2 on Steam or if and when I get a Nintendo Switch.

Why are the X collections rated “T”, though? The series was rated “E” from the beginning and hasn't changed, even with re-released to virtual console (I don't know if Xbox Live Arcade or PSN got ports of the X series) where Earthbound went from a K-A (the former “E” rating) to “T” rating. It doesn't make a lot of sense.

Anyway, Mega Man 11 looks pretty cool.

The X series probably got a T-rating since most of the story is honestly really dark, and X6 is honestly the creepiest because of this background here:

It makes no sense and it's creepy.

Maybe… I think CAPCOM should re-release Powered Up for more accessible consoles (PC, Switch, PS4, Xbox One, and maybe 3DS) first and then make Powered Up 2 if it does well.

There's Mega Man Maverick Hunter X. Close enough. Also, the poor sales of Powered Up destroyed any chance of another remake happening.
