Okay, so this doesn't really count as a glitch, but when I save an audio I've gotten off a project, it saves it as a WAV file, and I try to import it into scratcch1.4, but it won't accept it. So is there a way to covert this media file?

Hmm, not sure why Scratch won't accept a WAV file (unless it got compressed in some way). There are a number of free convertors out there that can convert the file, and some convertors are even built right into some music players; trying to convert to uncompressed WAV file or MP3 would be your best best here.
