I have a problem at the moment.

Someone has sent me a directly insulting mail. I reported this, sent a reply (in the same language using Google Translate), and received another insult from them.

Consequently I have been picked on, my mail has been deleted and the other user's mail has been completely ignored.

So, can I talk to the Scratch Team please because I think we have a blind spot.

This is correct. A piece of advice: don't tell the Scratch Team on their profiles or in the forums.

If you continue getting insults or disrespectful comments from the same person, contact the Scratch Team here: https://scratch.mit.edu/contact-us/
They may not get to your email right away, as they get loads of mail each day, but eventually, like XCat said, they should reply in a couple of days. Don't contact them publicly on their profiles. Its better to do it privately to avoid gossip, etc.

Press the report button next to a comment to report the comment to the scratch team, and the scratch team will read it over afterwards. If you need more help with the problem, you can contact the scratch team.

Yes, as others have said, use the Contact Us link if you need to talk to the Scratch Team about something serious like this. Scratch Team should get to your message at some point.
If you have a less serious issue or just want to talk to the Scratch Team about something else unrelated to moderation actions, you can also talk to them on their profiles.

It does get you an actual reply, it sends an automated response first just to let you know they got your email, and then, if a Scratch Team member feels the email needs to be replied to, they will reply.

Nice that you managed to stop things disappearing (mostly), though I suggest in future if you have a question to create a new topic about it rather than bumping an old topic, or create a topic in Bugs and Glitches if you want to report a bug.
