Really, the chat is a simple script. First, create 2 cloud variables. One will be for the chat and the other will be the person who chatted the chat. Here's the rest of the script:

when this sprite clicked:
[img]https://cdn.scratch.mit.edu/scratchr2/static/__4f82fb1e2062914da91dff7d0b14e7a0__/images/help/ask-and-wait.png[/img]
set chat to: (answer)

Make sure the final block I used in that script comes from the data block section. Create the variable from the data blocks. The question should ask, chat here:
Now we will continue the script:

Make sure the username block is inserted by the set (variable) to…
Now, after creating both scripts using instructions, we will combine both scripts:
