When you delete a project, you have to click unshare (if it's shared) then click the delete button that should appear.
This does not fully delete the project until you clock on the “Trash” folder on the left and open that.
Near the top right of your screen, you should see a button labelled “Empty Trash” if you click it it will require you to put in your password, then deletes all projects in the “Trash”. I do not know if these are retrievable after deleted, but I'm pretty sure if you deleted a project fully, you wouldn't want it back and shouldn't be able to.
An easy way to look at shared, unshared, and deleted projects would be to paste the project number ID (at the end of the url) here

Note: you need the project to see it's ID, so if it's already deleted fully and you don't know the ID, you can't view your project.

Other Note: Contact the ST to see if this is true, I'm just using an educated guessing.

Or even better use scratch 3 to download it.

If it's in the trash folder, you can click “Put Back” to restore it.

If you've emptied the trash and it's permanently deleted, as far as I know there's no way to bring it back. The ST might have a way to restore completely deleted projects, but I'm not sure.

If it is in the Trash folder, click Put back to undelete it.

If it has been permanently deleted, contact the ST and they can bring it back.

Hey welcome to the forums! Please do not necropost. A necropost is a post on an “old, abandoned thread that has been considered ‘dead’ for a while that no longer serves any purpose but is bumped back up to the top of the forums by someone posting in it.” Necroposting is seen as a form of spam and clogs up the forums with old and unneeded topics.

Please just report the necropost if someone does necropost, and don't bump up the topic any more than it needs to be.

I think I should remind them, or they might do it again.
