what's with this cs at the front of nearly everyone's usernames? I just, don't get it

when green flag clicked

forever
if <[curiosity] = [100%]> then
repeat until <[answer] = [gotten]>
ask [it] and wait
end
broadcast [answer gotten v]
end

I'm pretty sure they're usernames for people in CS First
but don't quote me on that I didn't do any research
