My browser / operating system: MacOS Macintosh X 10.11.6, Chrome 66.0.3359.170, Flash 29.0 (release 0)

So I went into a project too try out my backpack, and this happened!
I looked inside, and EVERYTHING was…GONE! I recently had placed an Anime @TakeASeatCat in there, but that was gone, too!
Well….My internet was down, so there were a lot of “having trouble with our servers” screens..
Any ideas how to get it back? Or anything else that could help?

Maybe it's just a general bug issue with the site. After all, you're not the only one who's been experiencing issues with the servers.

True. I still don't have stuff… I only have a few items I recent backpacked..

Same problem here. This morning I was working and the backpack was fine, then shortly before noon the backpack was empty, followed by server issues over the next couple of hours. Now I can at least log in and see My Stuff, but the backpack is still empty. (And it was LOADED before! Recovering will be traumatic for the 11 year old I work with.)

Happened to me, im sorry i don't know how to fix it but it happened to me, looks like we're in the same boat. I had to recollect some of my stuff

This happened to me a few months ago. It never came back. Eventually, I just had to restock my backpack.

You can ask an ST member to recover projects. I'm not so sure about the backpack.

It happens when your internet is down usually and you use the backpack.

That happened to me too. My backpack was so full and had lots of stuff that's very important to me and I can't recover at least half of it. And the stuff I can save, it would take FOREVER to get back . . . So you're saying there's no way to fix this?! ((((
