Sound effects, anyone?
Post below with a description of what you want and I'll get back to you with a sound effect! unless I forget
Most of these are sorta retro sounding because I'm a sfxr wiz. I might be able to make not 16-bit effects if they're something simple like a plink or a click.
Here are the ones I've made so far. It might help to sort them by date - click the arrow next to the red “Title” text, and pick “Last modified”.
Some categories to get you started (PLEASE BE MORE SPECIFIC THAN THESE):
* glitchy
* static-y
* smooth
* rough
* plink

If you don't mind such a menial task, I'm in need of some simple button clicking sounds and a little “game over” sound, whatever you feel that would sound like. The project is here if you want to take a look at it. It's still in development, so some graphics (like the game over screen) are likely to change. Still, if it will help you get an idea, it's there. Creative freedom is yours, my friend.

How about a wind sound effect? And now that you mention it, a glitchy/static-y sound effect would be nice too. I'm trying to make a game where the first reaction a person will get is slightly unnerved and curious, and I reaaaally need this. Thanks! :3

I am making a game with a dialog box and I need a sound for it. I want a sound for when you are done reading and you press space to move on to the next part of the dialog. I don't really care what it sounds like as long as it sounds good. It is going to be a sci-fi game.

I'm pretty sure this topic is abandoned, everyone.
