Still louder. To give you guys an idea of how loud bagpipes were, at the 2nd battle of el alamein, the british put together 1,000 cannons to fire at the germans and italians all through the night. During the night, the british launched an attack, with the bagpipers leading the way since it's hard to get lost if you're following the bagpipes. Despite having the shells from a thousand guns exploding all around them, the germans and italians still heard the bagpipes coming. What Instruments Do You Play?
Yep.I am in my high schools band (yes it is a grade). I am in 9th grade and I am a percussionist. I play the timpani, crash cymbals, snare drum, tenor drum, bass drum, and suspended cymbal. At least those are the main instruments I am the best at. I'm not going to count the triangle because that is useless to count. Seriously, all you do is hold it and hit it. It's impossible to play it wrong!
I'm not in a band or anything, but when I was in middle school I played the trumpet. Also, I like to jam out on the drums.
So what instruments do you play?
My band director wants me to play the vibes for marching band season but I am awful at mallet instruments.

What Instruments Do You Play?
I used to play trombone for jazz band and concert band, but I'm fixing on doing percussion because percussion is better (no offense to low brass. I just think percussion is better imo). Also, I'm a jazz drummer, so I'm better on drum set.
