I have found that even though Scratch has a unkind comment blocker in place, people can still write mean, unhelpfull things by simply using all caps. Scratch should add this to their unkind comment blocker.

I'm afraid that Scratch can't do anything, just as getting muted for a misunderstanding, they can't stop hateful and unhelpful things towards others. Yes, they can UPDATE Filterbot, but that would just add more to the unneeded mutes/misunderstandings.
