Where is the scratch costume/backdrop library?

To be honest, I don't like the GUI of it. It'd be great if it was organized the same way as 2.0 so it'd be a bit more familiar and faster to navigate.

I definitely like how the layout has changed since the mockup images. I also have a lot less gripes than I thought I would, mainly just the amount of block padding and no longer being able to select specific regions in an audio track. Keep up the good work!

What about other blocks that people may be suggesting? Some blocks that either do not exist yet or were removed have rather long and/or complicated workarounds, and I think it would be faster to just have them as one block.

Examples:

<()^()::operators>

(distance from x:() y:()::sensing)

all at once{
  ...
}::control
